Defending B&E and Home Invasion Charges in Grand Rapids and West Michigan
Serious Defense for Serious Allegations
Breaking and Entering (B&E) and Home Invasion are among the most serious property crimes in Michigan. These charges often carry heavy prison sentences and a permanent criminal record. Whether the allegation involves a business, a shipping container, or a private residence, the prosecution must prove specific intent to commit a felony or larceny.
At Krupp Law Offices P.C., we have over 85 years of experience defending clients against these charges. Our team includes former assistant prosecutors who understand the nuances of Michigan's B&E and Home Invasion statutes (MCLA 750.110).
